Short on time? Here is a sequence of four bodyweight exercises you can do every day that works your butt, thighs, abs, and arms! Takes less than 10 minutes! You can do this! Remember to modify if needed. 🙂
15 push-ups (knees off or on the ground)
15 bicycle crunches (rotate at waist while cycling legs off the ground)
30 to 60-second plank (hold high or low on forearms)
